So my job, we recently moved to a new building and my boss announced as part of the move, personal space heaters would no longer be allowed. I find it super cold in the new building, and when I get cold everything becomes painful I can’t move my hands as well and my feet go numb. Is it even legal for my boss to “disallow” personal space heaters? My heater that I specifically bought for work is maybe 6 inches wide and maybe 9 inches tall. It’s very tiny.
