My job requires me to use annual leave days if I am off work sick. This causes employees to be more sick with stress about having to use holidays AND it also encourages employees to go into work poorly. The CEO enforced this rule because he doesn’t trust where employees are from previous times when past employees have lied about where they have been. I work at a school in London. Is this legal? Help please x
