Just really tired

I work for a non profit coffee place that only pays 12-14 for the managers, who quite literally do payroll, scheduling, and the making of all the coffee. I get asked to come into work outside of my availability every single weak multiple times by managers. There’s no order and nobody’s time is ever respected so many people are leaving. It’s a non profit church organization that is most definitely well off considering we sell our coffee to every other church in the area, plus we sell it out of state and I have seen this church install 300,000$ LED walls. I myself believe in church but I’ve become so jaded from everything I’ve had to deal with and all the disregard from the people in charge. I feel like a raise isn’t going to be answered, because when we say we feel undervalued we get told “sorry, but you should work like gods watching.” I’m not asking for advice or anything, I just feel so stuck and wanted to talk about it. Thank you if you decided to read this.
