My job uses metal detectors to bar you from getting phones into the building, they use a crappy excuse of security of information when any information one could access at the job is public information. The obvious true reason is because “time theft” how would one go about getting a phone through. I get anxious being that disconnected. I worry that something important will happen and I'll be needed and i won't be available.
