newly unemployed and recovering from a depressive episode – what should i do?

It's my second week of unemployment now and i just gathered enough mental energy to start learning how to knit and sew again and worked out for the first time today after like 8 months. I'm looking for any suggestions or experiences as to what to do during this time (whenever i'm not job searching for three hours a day) to better my mental health that's been crushed again by my last job.
