so 2 weeks ago i and 2 others (temps) took a new job. we were told that its NOT a construction site (spoiler, it was) and only got a 30.-/h, which is quite mediocre but below regual construction jobs payment here in switzerland.
nobody with us, boss just dropped us there and expected the work to finish itself.
first 3 days we genuiely tried our best to get it done, but then we realized just how much the job sucks so we decided to not care.
from there on we spend most of our working time to find decent spots to smoke pot, then got almost caught. so we instead just head out of the constructionsite, went to the coworkers car and spend the day with smoking various strains and watching rick and morty.
only handicap was that we had to sign out of the constructionsite via scanner, so when we went home on friday at 11:30 am instead of 4pm, the security went to our boss with the logs and today we got fired.
we had to show up at the temp agency aswell just to be told we got fired.
i regret nothing.
