So, I work for a fairly large organization, I have a two year contract and the management told me they will prolongue it as long as I will do good job, I am one of the most productive employees in the whole company based on the KPI. So what happened was, last week I told company I was going to Middle east for business purposes. During the monday morning they scheduled important meeting and invited me. But I was already on the plane. Now they are saying that no one gave me permission to go to Middle east and instead I should be at the meeting that was not planned until last minute.
The company will not hit their targets so I assume they just want to get rid of me, and because I am hitting all my personal KPI this is the best way to justify it.
