Salary in contract lower than advertised. Anything I should do?

I just got a new job and after signing the contract, I realised the my new boss had written in “£11/hr”, when the job was advertised at £11.50-12/hr. I know it's not much of a difference but I'll definitely notice, and it's not what I was expecting. I'm almost halving my hours from my previous job but thought I was increasing my pay but … Apparently not so much. I know you'll ask, so I'll say the reason I didn't know before was because she had to write in the salary in the blank line on the contract. She wrote it when I wasn't looking. I accidentally signed my own, empty contract and so we just switched to the one she'd written on instead of me signing both. I saw it after this happened. So, is there anything I can do? Should I try to negotiate? How? Bearing in mind…

Bearing in mind my position is only a supervisory one off the books, so on paper I'll be the same as the others in my team. Also, I'm very nervous and unassertive. I've never fought something like this before.
