I’ve been screamed out of my job twice by other base level employees that think they have power.

I work at a certain discount auto parts place, I follow every rule my boss gives me to a t. I like the work I do The customers aren't bad, the environment is somewhat organized, And we're not too busy. Other employees won't clean, won't put away stock, and will generally just disregard rules. But because I like my job I don't mind picking up those extra things. Usually I get a little help with cleaning at the end of the day because it's a lot. One employee, the ASM, would sit in the back with his feet on his desk and watch YouTube while I ran the front and cleaned. I asked my manager if maybe there's something that could be done, he told me to take pictures of stuff that got done. So I was doing that and the ASM noticed, The back room was swept so I…

So I was doing that and the ASM noticed, The back room was swept so I took a picture of it. All the way in the back the ASM was standing, he was like three green pixels in the picture. He waited till I got done with all the cleaning and then just blew up at me, he didn't confront me right away like a normal person, he waited till I had finished every last bit of cleaning. He then proceeded to scream me out of the building, I was so scared and worried that I've been fired. In the end he got transferred and I'm still working there. He had complaints before about him not doing his job, but I guess him trying to fight an employee was the breaking point.

3 days ago one of my co-workers who has anger problems was screaming about how much he hates his job here, It's not the first time he's done this, I've had to apologize for him saying slurs in front of customers I was helping. So cut to yesterday, I asked my manager,” Hey I've had to apologize to customers because Jonathan (fake name) was screaming about how much he hates his job, could you talk to him about not doing that please?”. He went out and talked to him immediately which I thought was weird. I was putting away stock when they came back in , the conversation went like: “Hey Mahasta?” “Yeah what's up?” ” Don't go snitching behind my back to the boss -” Now the boss was standing right next to us, so I have no idea why he didn't step in the moment Jonathan said that. I said back, “I shouldn't have to apologize to customers because you're screaming how much you hate this place!” “ALL RIGHT GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE NOW!!!”
At this point my boss realizes he has a brain cell and tries to step in saying,” First of all, you don't have the power to do that-“, but at this point it's too late. I drop what I have in my hands onto the floor and yell to my manager, ” This is the second time I've been kicked out of your store for coming to you for help, I'll be back tomorrow! I can't keep doing everything, I'm trying to do the right thing by coming to you for help! It keeps blowing up in my face! I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be able to do this!”. I later sent him a text saying that I want to talk about everything that's happening. If I was being paid properly and could actually put away some money I wouldn't have to worry about keeping this shitty job.

I knew retail was going to be pretty bad, but I always thought it's because of the customers or the hours.
I go in today to talk to my boss, if anything crazy happens I'll post an update.
