I keep seeing posts about multiple rounds of interviews, conference calls with different departments, and today there was a post where part of the interview was to do a weeks long project in 2 days, all for free.
How much do you have to get paid to waste your time with such long interview process’s? It would have to be a job offering me probably a few hundred or more thousand dollars for me to put that much energy into something that may reap me 0 benefits. Am I the crazy one? Or are you guys the crazy ones?
