Which job offer should i accept? Contract to hire vs Full time

The contract to hire position is offering $24 an hour for a 3-month period, with the possibility of being hired permanently based on performance. The work hours are 8-5 and the commute is 30 minutes. On the other hand, the full-time job offer provides $25 an hour, but does not offer 401k or PTO until after 1 year of employment. Learning that there are no benefits and having to work all major holidays during weekdays threw me off, as all of my previous office jobs have provided time off during major holidays. The contract to hire position, on the other hand, offers holidays off and since it is through a staffing agency, it is uncertain what benefits the company would provide if I were to be hired permanently after the 3-month period.

The contract to hire position offers an excellent learning opportunity as it involves working in a small team. During the interview, they emphasized that I would be working on critical projects and would have the chance to gain extensive knowledge. In comparison, the full-time job has fewer responsibilities than my current job.
