Schedule starting to seem more like a “suggestion”

Been at a new job in food for three months now. I've been taught quite a bit, but not taken off the “nursery period” quite yet for a raise. Lately it seems like days that I am scheduled or scheduled off are more of a suggestion to just come into work for longer anyways. Lately it seems like days that I am scheduled or scheduled off are more of a suggestion to just come into work for longer anyways. Couple weeks ago I had a bunch of stuff I needed to do on my day off and was told to come in anyways. Lately I've been told to come in earlier or later despite having a schedule. Which that schedule doesn't even get made for a few days into the week anyways.

I think the thing that's got me baffled and considering leaving happened earlier when I was told: “My time at the gym isn't as important,” when being corned into staying to work until late tonight. The gym is where I spend a lot of time clearing my head and lowering my stress, and hearing something like thag kind of stings. Especially because I've been consistent and vocal about going as well around work.

Part of me wants to just get out because of that. Really seems like my free time isn't important at all, and working on my health is just as unimportant as well. What do you folks think?
