The show recruiters and hiring managers put on is definitely Oscar worthy. It's so natural that you believe every word and action of theirs only to realize it was only an act. They will make you feel as if you were the one they were waiting for only to ghost you a week later. Even worse, they will ghost you after 4-5 rounds of interview when you start to believe that some relationship is forming between you and the recruiter. The fakeness is baffling!!
