I'm having a really difficult time with my supervisor. He's lazy, uncaring, fake, and nit picky. I'm fine that he doesn't really do anything all day but the least he can do is not make other's people job harder. He often talks big about being supportive and that he'll help me with something, but then never does. When something goes wrong, he immediately starts pointing fingers at me or someone else. I'm feeling really stressed and overwhelmed, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm assuming this type of supervisors are a dime a dozen. Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so, how did you deal with it? I'm open to any suggestions. I don't know when this kind of behavior cross into harassment but I've been avoiding the guy.
