I currently work a 2-2-3 day shift 6 to 6 schedule and my job decided to switch the schedule for my part of the plant to 5 day 8 hour work weeks. They told me I could keep working 2-2-3 but only if I took a night shift position which does include a few dollars raise, they really want me to do this. They told me yesterday and I have to make a decision by Monday. Obviously I don't want to give in but I would lose out on about $200~ every two weeks if I stayed on day shift. How can I deal with this work situation?
