First Week at The New Job is Already Toxic

I started a new job this week; I got transferred to a new site to build out a team. At my previous site, it was toxic and upper management threatened to fire me without giving examples. Anyways, I thought this week went well. It was mostly meetings on building out the team and the expectations. Yesterday (Friday), my supervisor told me to stop cracking my knuckles because it's “loud and distracting” Then he told me I shouldn't talk about money and pay raises even though that pay raise conversation I had was solely 1:1 with my supervisor, no one else. I thought this job would be better and a fresh start, but I guess not. I'm not the type of employee to cause trouble, so why would I be picked on my first week? I've applied to 70+ places and paid someone to re-write my resume. I hope I find…
