Walking out of jobs

Hello everyone! I just wanted to say I've been working non stop since I was 15 yrs old and im 20 now. I've had about 7 jobs and never once have I given a two-week notice I've walked out of every job mid shift. (Not at the expense of co-workers) I think it's important for the so called “higher ups” to understand im there out of my own free will for a paycheck and you really have no power over me. Cause most of them are power tripping a**holes that somehow in that deluded little brain of theirs think they're better than you. Don't get me wrong I take pride in my work ethic and I'll pick up any job you put me on within 20 minutes and I'll do it the best I can. but it's like all the managers and supervisors ive ever had have the sole purpose…

Hello everyone! I just wanted to say I've been working non stop since I was 15 yrs old and im 20 now. (Not at the expense of co-workers) I think it's important for the so called “higher ups” to understand im there out of my own free will for a paycheck and you really have no power over me. Don't get me wrong I take pride in my work ethic and I'll pick up any job you put me on within 20 minutes and I'll do it the best I can. but it's like all the managers and supervisors ive ever had have the sole purpose of making every day at work miserable. Especially starting out at my first job I overheard my manager talking shit about me, like b*tch im 15 and this is my first job, I wonder how you did?

If you treat your employees like shit even though they're doing far more than you sitting there in your office on your chair all day looking at papers or talking to people, making a good amount more than people actually doing hard work 12 hours on their feet, then you don't deserve the courtesy of a two-week notice. Nor do you deserve hard workers period. And damn it feels good to walk out of jobs 🤣.

Luckily now I've found a really chill place with a cool owner that actually appreciates hard work and gives out bonuses.
