Too hungry to work, lunch delayed 90 mins

I am struggling in life presently. My dad was killed, I moved back in with my mom to keep her from living alone while selling everything, my husband is on medical leave and our side business (in addition to our jobs) is booming. I was just told to wait for lunch, should have been an hour and a half ago. I'm so tired I'm shaking. What kind of resources do I have to insist on a timely lunch? I am doing all I can, and low blood sugar means I'll make mistakes. This store makes double what my last one does, so I can't understand lack of coverage. Im adjusting to the double work. Either way, a lack of planning does not make an emergency for me. I don't want to collapse to make a point. Business needs be damned, I will be back after I refuel, I am stumbling…
