How long should I wait for PTO

So my job isn’t that bad benefits wise. I make shit, but I get great health and dental and a good 401k program. But that pales in comparison to the vacation program. You could probably figure it out by googling some stuff, but I work for a hotel that’s owned by a huge trucking company. They own 5 huge hotels across the country( and not to flex but mines the biggest there’s 6 hotel style buildings 5 duplex type building and 4 beach houses). Now these aren’t public resorts, you have to work for the trucking company/hotel/ management and the main draw; they’re free. Yep that’s right free paid vacation. Except it’s not free cause you have to buy tickets and food and shit to do. You start out with a week and then get an extra week, every year up to 8 weeks. It’s my 3rd year here so…

Except it’s not free cause you have to buy tickets and food and shit to do. You start out with a week and then get an extra week, every year up to 8 weeks. It’s my 3rd year here so I have 120 hours of pto. Now to my problem. My stupid stupid dumb piece of shit car is having random problems cause that’s my luck (mechanic says he’s never seen a car with under 100k miles have this problem) transmission shop tells me it’s either the converter needs to be replaced, which is around $1600, or the whole transmission needs to be replaced and rebuilt, $3300. So I go to get a front on my next paycheck, I’m in the middle of a 20 day streak of working so all my paychecks have overtime. But in order to get a paycheck fronted I need all PTO hours in excess of 24 to be used or paid out to me. So I assume it’s a simple process plus im gonna get another 96 hours of pto because let’s be honest I’m making less than 30k a year I’m not able to travel across the country for a week lol. I messaged my boss early Friday morning ( I work nights so it was like 3am) and she didn’t answer/ mention it when she saw me. She doesn’t work weekends (of course) so I send another email over the weekend clearing up that I didn’t really need the whole 100 hours and that’s just what it says in the handbook. Now it’s Monday she just came in got her shit I have to leave her as part of my job… and she didn’t mention it. Asked me about some random shit. I know that she’s is required to pay me by law, but is there some time limit where she will get in trouble after not paying me? If you can’t tell I don’t really like her lol. Thanks if you read this I know it’s a lot I kind of started rambling. Any help/info/ shit talking my manager greatly appreciated

TLDR: my company gives out a lot of PTO to use at hotels, but I’m trying to cash out around 100 hours of pto but my manager is ghosting me
