How to care less about my job?

Sounds like a weird question but I’ll explain. I’m currently working in a catering job through an agency (uk). I’m just doing this while I’m interviewing and looking for other roles in fields I want to work in. This is merely a stop gap for me, but I find myself caring to much about the role. I find myself obsessing over learning and going over things in my spare time so that I’m a good employee and I impress my manager (she scares me). I’m already dreading asking for time off or having to hand in my weeks notice because I worry about letting people down and disappointing my manager. Does anyone have any advice on how to disassociate and just care less about a crappy low paid job that I don’t plan to stay at??? Cheers
