Company I’ve been with for a few years just raised starting pay and existing employees’ pay, but existing employees’ raise doesn’t seem to add up

Hey guys, so I started working for this company 3.5 years ago. Started out at $15.75/hr. I’ve made $7.22/hr in raises since then and was at $20.97/hr. Recently they made another increase due to high turnover rates. They increased the starting pay to $20/hr and all existing employees equally got a $2/hr boost. Now that’s great for new employees, but I feel like existing employees got the short straw. Should I not have gotten a $4.25 raise to account for the starting pay increase? Wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy before asking to talk with a supervisor about it.
