Out of an 8 hour shift, I spend about 6-6 1/2 hours standing, without even an anti fatigue mat to stand on. Apparently they had them years ago an old manager decided to get rid of them all. Despite several employees saying we're in pain all day standing, they said they can't bring them back due to “safety issues”. I'm so tired of it, my legs my knees my back hurt all the time, I'm sore at the end of of most days. We're the only location of this industry in the entire city that doesn't offer anti fatigue mats as the most basic form of comfort.
