I'm convinced that at least half of all job adverts are fake. I think they're just put up by some bored HR clerk so they can appear like they're doing something, they Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V a template from the workspace server, put up an average salary and post it so they appear to be working, but the position doesn't exist.
