Path to being able to live on earnings when young.

1.) housing 30% of net monthly income. Roommate(s) may be needed and may not be in best area if living if high rent area. 2.) Car expenses 20% of net income. You might need to drive an older car. 3.) Buy all things used over $50 4.) Live close to work. 5.) Work for a company that has career/job advancement and has 100+ employees and offers benefits. 6.) Don’t go out to lunch 7.) Make your own coffee at home. 8.) Buy bulk groceries or only items on sale(buy one get one free only). 9.) Go to cheap bars if you drink. 10.) Shop at Dollar General 11.) Have a good attitude at work and find a place where you actually enjoy the people and the work most days. 12.) Don’t have children until you can afford providing for them. 13.)
