I know the legalities of discussing wages. My manager reached out to both of us separately and removed us from the schedule for the remainder of the week. No questioning us about the allegation, just punishment. I should also throw in that the manager that overheard was the SISTER of the General Manager, which seems a little… nepotism-y.
I meet with her Monday to discuss things “in order to move forward”… I definitely don't plan to stay in this environment.
Any advice on what I should bring to the table for said “discussion”?
