During my performance review, which I recorded because my boss can't be trusted at all, my boss told me that I need to focus on being a more positive person because me “venting” about certain coworks making homophobic statements at the service desk (reporting them, and explaining to those who ask why I don't talk to those people about personal stuff) caused one of my minor coworkers to attempt suicide.
Idk how she came to the conclusion that I am the reason she was having a hard time, but for fuck's sake that is not something a boss should be telling her employees.
