Good managers refer to employee concerns as “almost laughable,” right?

Management sent this email to staff following a 30-minute staff meeting wherein the owner – NOT the manager, who hid in her office watching the meeting on camera – dismissed a series of complaints by employees. Honorable mention to her later stating in the email that if morale doesn't improve, our wages would be cut, and for the owner calling us “boring” for having no follow-up comments after he talked at us for 30 minutes about how shit we are.
