I get like 50 Emails a day I am supposed to do – 20 phone calls – 5 meetings a day. Everything has to be ready by yesterday – everything has to be ASAP with an undestaffed skeleton crew.
Despite our productivity tripling duing the last few decases – we work the same and get paid the same. When I listen to the old stories of my grandparents how they worked in the 60 I cant even imagine it.
Either reduce Full time to 25 hours/week or decrease the work load but this is just insane. Also the 24/7 avaliability everyone expects nowadays is not healthy as well.
