Hey everyone, my company has us at 3 days per week in office now but wants to bump us back to all 5 days in the office around Sept.
In these situations, has anyone out there had an HR department actually define the following?
- distance from building until you could be considered a “remote” worker. I Live 60 miles away. Is it reasonable for them to define this?
- how much of a work day do you have to stay in the office for it to count as a full day in office? Like I wanted to leave at 1:00 one day and wfh the rest od the day. Us this enough to count??
I could definitely see asking HR to define some of these things so just wondering if anyone's company actually has?
