Sometimes Managers have totally messed up methods for avoiding answering questions. For example:

“I am unable to find that information right now.” “You will need to ask this question to someone else.” “That’s for you to work on and figure out.” “I wasn’t sure what we would need you to do.” “I can’t find this file. Maybe you deleted it on purpose.” “The way we’re working through this project right now isn’t efficient. Why do you look so angry?”
