Some take advantage of it, knowing their schedule in advance. How they are as a worker doesn’t matter. Anyone else somewhere where there are multiple people above you that you’ll always be off later than, despite you having more work thrown at you and people knowing you as a better worker? Time to look for a new job? I can’t wait years/maybe even decades until the people ahead of me leave. Or is this how it is at most places?
