I am deathly allergic to mice. There are mice in our office. It’s a multimillion dollar corporation – this is headquarters. What can I do to protect myself?

I reported the mice to HR and they contacted facilities to get mouse traps set up and to contact a pest control company, but they're going to do it after work. In the mean time, I am terrified. I could go into anaphylaxis from dandaer, direct touch, or droppings. I can't afford an EpiPen so I don't have one. I notified my supervisor that these are dangerous conditions for me, but I don't know what else to do. Should I ask to work from home? Usually my requests are denied. I am just scared and don't know how to proceed. I'm open to suggestions.
