Tired of companies pushing people back to the office when COVID exposed how everything can be done at home with higher productivity. I feel like there are way fewer remote opportunities now than when the pandemic started and I assume that remote work will grow more from there. But no, we have to go back to the office because that is how it was done before COVID.
Also, companies are reaping the benefits of remote work without implementing it such as making employees come into the office but still log onto Zoom for meetings or remote work would be exclusive to executives only.
