So essentially I’m going to be possibly ending my job as a safety person to go to another safety position but with medium pay(I’m <25th percentile now). It has better benefits and seems like it’s worker oriented for work. I love that. As far as my current job I see no progress(compared to being at least even middle field in pay), and little growth for my personal goals. How do I say to my manager I’m looking elsewhere for pay but I enjoy working for our company(I do enjoy it, it’s lax but not much in growth)? Thanks!
