I recently was told that the C-suite is interested in using ChatGPT to replace many of the functions of my position.
To give more context – I’m a new hire with a background in senior leadership who took a pay cut to pivot into a new area of my industry based on the promise of “endless opportunities for growth.”
I have horrible anxiety now because I left a very, very good job – a job that definitely could not be replaced by ChatGPT, only to find myself in this position in less than a year… I am having nightmares, day terrors, crying jags, and panic attacks.
Wondering your thoughts, advice, experience in this area. Thanks is advance!
