I work fast food it's one of my first jobs and I've been at it long enough that around a year ago I was promoted to manager I want to get a full year's of being a manager so I could put it on my resume in case I'm in a sticky situation and need to go back to food (which I hope I don't). And even though I'm so close to the finish line I still want to rant about it. So where I work there Is a whole strip of food places and unlike the others ones except for one other were up very late compared to others and we're right next to a bat. Now as you can imagine staying open late plus being very close to a bat does not mix well so we get flooded with people. And recently my boss is getting mad at me that orders aren't being made fast enough. Our store has 3 lines well actually 2 because one needs a part that isn't manufactured anymore so we're not really supposed to use it, the rule is is that if there's 6 people we use 2 lines: 2 people on window 3 on one line and 1 on the other. We usually only have 5 for most the night and this is for summer our busiest time of the year. In winter we get like 3 maybe 4. And I'm trying my best I really can with cleaning and making all these big orders but it's just not enough some of these orders aren't feasible to get out in 3 minutes let alone all of them in succession. I really am trying my best trying to multi task and do my best but it isn't enough, I don't really need advice or opinions I just really wanted to rant but if you want to give me advice or opinions I'd love to hear it. Also for context I'm getting like 13.50 for this
