I just read this quote while I was halfway down a rabbit hole and, given I've had FAR too many incompetent, lazy or simply stupid supervisors and bosses in my time, it really resonated with me.
So I made this in the hope that the big colours and small words might somehow sink the message into the psyche of those hoping to lead workers.
