“You’re not flexible”

I work 4 different type of shifts. Early, day, late and nightshifts. I work weekends and official holiday days (Christmas, easter etc etc.) We are obligated to make our schedule 2 months in advance. Then they can still make changes to it for two weeks. Pretty flexible right? Nope, because management can’t find new employees they expect us to last minute change 4 – 5 shifts around. They can F*** off. I feel like working shifts, weekends and holidays is flexible enough. Ps: all our shifts, so for example morning shift start and end at different times too. So 7:30-15:30 / 7:00-15:00 / 7:00 – 15:30 , same applies to late and night shifts. Confusing yea? And then telling us we’re not flexible enough.
