Advice regarding the shopping center I work in?

I work for a retail company as a manager at one of our locations. We are located within a shopping center with a bunch of shops/restaurants. Recently they added these pay to park QR code things you scan, but there is no towing sign/no warnings/nothing enforcing it, and the employee parking is several blocks away unsupervised and multiple people have had their cars broken in there, not to mention it’s hot as hell here so that walk is miserable. I have just been parking and throwing the tickets away because they’re not real tickets / they’re not issued by the police/the city, they are just from the shopping center. One day I went to check on how much I owed by searching the centers website and typing in my license plate number and it was an insane amount within the hundreds.

The tickets are initially $10 but if you don’t pay after a week they jump to $40.

They had a way to appeal it so I wrote up an email saying I work there, they do not provide safe parking conditions, the fact that they have no towing warnings / signage makes it illegal to tow (looked up the laws for towing where I live) and said I would not be paying this insane fee. I did all of this from a personal email with a fake name, obviously they can see me coming / going if they’re watching for my car, but I was just beyond frustrated by it.

Also 70% or customers come in complaining about the parking to us saying they used to not charge and they’ve lived here for years and the QR code thing doesn’t work half the time, so it’s like an ongoing issue. We literally will get bad surveys for our employees specifically for the shitty parking.

So now they’ve determined it was someone from my company aka they probably saw me, and they emailed corporate and it trickled down and our area leader told my store we all have to pay for parking and they were trying to find out who wrote the email.

I’m just so frustrated that instead of ya know, providing decent employee parking they double down on it and went out of their way to complain on me.

Just fucking frustrated that in addition to barely making a liveable wage they’re forcing us to either risk our cars getting broken into or we pay $10 a day for parking.

EDIT – Turns out the actual owner of this boujie shopping center, had the security check to see who was coming/going from my car, let him know the uniform, then reached out to corporate himself since the company I work for leases the space, and had sent them my email and told them it was one of their employees and that they need to enforce that I start paying for parking when I come to work.

The wealthy/successful millionaire that owns this entire place took time out of his day to try and get me fired rather than address the various concerns about the employee parking (or lackthereof.)

That infuriates me even more tbh. Like how big of an asshole can you be?
