Need your input regarding questions to ask recruiters and interviewers

Are you tired? I am. I'm tired of being laid off. Tired of being underpaid. Tired of playing by all the rules that I've been taught only to find out that the goal posts have moved. Tired of being low balled for my particular skill set -(bachelor degree and some IT certs). Tired of these recruiters wasting my time. Here is a list of bullet points that I want answered by recruiters or interviewers before I even move forward with decisions in employment. Give me your feedback on how I can refine this better. I appreciate all of you guys…..and hang in there, it's rough out there right now…..here's the list: I have very important questions for you about this company: * Regarding the compensation: what is the rate for this position? I appreciate all of you guys…..and hang in there, it's rough out there right now…..here's the list:

I have very important questions for you about this company:

* Regarding the compensation: what is the rate for this position? Is it negotiable? Are there merit-based raises, and/or COL raises?* Are there any incentive based earnings/bonuses? * Is there paid mileage?

* Is it full-time with benefits?

* What is training like? Is there a specific training structure, or is it more of a one on one training format? It is important to me that anybody who is tasked with training any new hires do so because they are good trainers, not because they are “stuck with that assignment”. Does that make sense?

* What is the turnover rate for this position (percentage of people have been “churned and burned”)?

* Is this company pro-union (favoring collective bargaining, workers’ rights, and compliance with NLRB laws)? If not, why not?

* Is there a  commitment to transparency about any OSHA violations?

* Does this company have a transparent plan to keep their employees safe?

* Does this company prioritize the employees’ physical and mental well-being? If so, how?
* How does this company effectively guard against a hostile work environment?

Please review and answer the above questions. Based on the responses given I can then better decide if this is an opportunity worth pursuing.

Respectfully given,

Thanks for taking the time to read this post…can't wait to hear your feedback!
