I just found out I make 10k less annually than my coworker with the same role & responsibilities

I’m frustrated considering I was initially told all of my team’s salary was level set. Obviously not.

Please share you tips for leveraging this information to request a raise! If Im denied a raise then I guess I’ll be in the market for a new job
