Love when my landlord increases my lease term by about a month’s worth of rent for the next term, only for the unit to sit empty for two months, resulting in them taking a loss for the next two months but I’m forced to scramble and move year after year

I’d honestly love to abolish letting. Go make your money elsewhere, boomers and those fortunate to be born into situations where they can own property at a young age. Edit: I should also say MINIMUM of two months. My last unit was empty for five months after they tried to hit me with a re-negotiated 11% rent increase
