Has the National Eating Disorder Association Union filed an unfair labor practice charge against their employer for firing them immediately after they unionized?

Management started using a chatbot after firing all the hotline employees, and the chatbot is apparently giving extremely harmful advice. That's litigation for another day, but for now the union has like a textbook case here, but I can't find anything suggesting they filed a charge against their employer.
