Texted my boss in the middle of the night that I was sick and I couldn't see myself coming to work in three hours after a night of cold sweat and vomiting. Explained that I'm vegetarian and I probably ate meat by accident. To which she responded : “will talk about this in person”. Why? What the hell? She also was supposed to be at the restaurant this day, working on the counter so serving a client or two once in a while must not have been a problem. She was suppose to give one of my close friend a job and told me she didn't even need to interview her and to told her to just come in for a training but after that she told the manager “it was not a good idea anymore”. Why?!? Because I was sick???. It went from full on trust to nothing because I was not feeling well?? It's the first time I ever called in sick and now I'm not worthy of trust?! I hate this hierarchy and have very big issues with authority, I can't believe the amount of stress she puts on me for one day. And my poor friend whom I told she was going to have a job in a few days. Lets hope she still hires her or that we found a other job.
