I was rejected from a job after 6 rounds of interview after being told I was the top candidate

I was rejected after 6 rounds of interview for a job (the pay was below 6 figures as well so unsure why the interview process was so “robust” and wasteful). I am just going to copy paste the review I submitted to glassdoor with a few tweaks: After completing six rounds of interviews, which involved two different presentations and a data analysis to improve their program, I surprisingly received a rejection. This was after the talent manager emailed me multiple times after each round saying how much the team loved me and how I was their top candidate. [Name of Company] even went as far as sending me a job offer in advance because they were sure I was the perfect fit. After completing six rounds of interviews, which involved two different presentations and a data analysis to improve their program, I surprisingly received a rejection. This was after the talent manager emailed me multiple times after each round saying how much the team loved me and how I was their top candidate. [Name of Company] even went as far as sending me a job offer in advance because they were sure I was the perfect fit. They even contacted all my references and spent that phone call praising my suitability for the role. However, during my final round with a C-suite executive, the atmosphere drastically changed. It seemed that the executive was unhappy with my approach of asking thought-provoking questions instead of solely trying to impress her. I noticed several contradictions in her statements, such as her assertion that the role required in-person presence despite prior assurances from multiple interviewers, including my potential manager, that it was a hybrid position. Moreover, the executive appeared dismissive of my answers during the interview and frequently veered off on tangents. Strangely, she would then repeat my own answers, essentially deeming them incorrect before offering the same response herself. After that interview, I was rejected. When the talent manager of [Name of Company] told me I was rejected, I asked for feedback because his email right before rejecting me was of him offering me the role prematurely. He said he would call me so I carved out additional time. To no one's surprise, he never actually called. Such unacceptable behavior. I feel like I gave them hours of unpaid labor with my analysis and recommendations as well
