I don't know if you guys have noticed this but the new budget balancing they're introducing, they slipped in a requirement that means you now HAVE to work 80 hours per month and if you can't work 80 hours per month, you have to do 80 hours of community service. For a single person that's going to get around $250, that comes out to about $3 an hour.
