It just seems like the more I research this question the ideal answer is that I'm going to stick around for 5 years in their company which is completely unrealistic, is the real test just to see how well you lie? I guess there is some value in saying what you'll do while you work there; training others, supporting others, yadda yadda yadda, but honestly my real plan shouldn't ABSOLUTELY involve staying there 5 years from now.
