Digital Interview Site Errors?

So I applied for this job and got one of those digital interview requests. That's never a good thing to start off with in the first place and I usually don't bother doing these, but I liked the company. So thought I'd give it a go. So I started the interview, answered my first question, and then it just gave me an error message saying it couldn't upload the video and my internet is bad (which is ridiculous as it works for my current job and Netflix, etc.). I just gave up after that. Now my question is, are those providers of digital interviews liable for having crappy tech that ruins people's careers.. as in my opinion they are liable and should be held accountable for the crap they put out and the money they potentially make applicants lose… is there any class-action lawsuit out against those companies already, or…

Now my question is, are those providers of digital interviews liable for having crappy tech that ruins people's careers.. as in my opinion they are liable and should be held accountable for the crap they put out and the money they potentially make applicants lose… is there any class-action lawsuit out against those companies already, or are they forcing everyone to waiver their rights before even beginning the interview (which again should be illegal as it's unfair and applicants are in a powerless situation and have no alternatives but accept)
