I just wanted to give props to a small business who seems to treat their workers fairly (fair pay, tine off, etc)

I came across this person (this company) on TikTok and the “owner” of the business is very well spoken and explains how their employees get paid and all the benefits. I put “owner” in quotes because while she created the business, all her employees (about 10) get the same wage as she does. No matter what job functions they do (a janitor makes as much as a creator which makes as much as a web designer which makes as much as the “owner”, etc). They appear to make above minimum wage (a living wage). They have a four day work week (more if you want). They get unlimited time off no questions asked. The incentive to NOT abuse your time off is that the more you put in (the more everyone puts in) the better the business does as a whole, the more everyone makes. Check out their Tiktok and…
