Hey gang, I've been sick recently and calling out of work. My manager is requesting a doctor's note from me yet I can't afford to go in to get one, could anyone do a guy a favor and just write one up for me? They know my handwriting and I'm awful at forging. If you would just mention stomach issues and some flu like symptoms so it would go along with my story that'd be great, thanks in advance!
